About the school

Inspiring heritage
learning.

Hampton Heritage Academy is a private K–12 school in Hollywood, Florida, serving thirty to fifty students. It was established in July of 2026 with one simple goal: Academic Accountability — teaching the skills that prepare students to succeed in life.

Our mission to inspire & grow

Hampton Heritage Academy offers a nurturing and fun environment that emphasizes heritage, life skills, character development, morality and academic rigor, to prepare students for a bright future with a strong sense of family and community roots.

Our philosophy

At Hampton Heritage Academy, we believe that education is the key to unlocking human potential. We strive to create a learning environment that is inclusive, collaborative, and supportive. We recognize that every individual has unique talents and strengths, and we aim to help our students discover and develop their full potential.

It takes a village to educate a child.

We mean it as a standard, not a slogan. Small classes, partners around the city, and families who are in the room with us.

The whole village in one room: every child seen, every hand worth raising.

What Academic Accountability means

It means we answer for the result. A student’s work is checked, explained and redone until it meets the standard — and a skill is not marked finished because it was covered in class. It is finished when the student can use it without help. That is a harder promise to make than “a rigorous curriculum”, which is exactly why we make it.

A working setting, on purpose

Our learning environment sits inside professional office buildings in the business district of thriving cities — not behind a lawn, a fence and a bell tower. The building is calm, adult and orderly, and students share it with people who are at work all day. It feels like a place where things are taken seriously, because it is one.

It also puts the city inside the curriculum. In a Learn It by Living It school, the block around the building is where a student practices what we promise: walking to a business to ask a question, running an errand on the school’s behalf, meeting the adults who work next door.

Where we are

1930 Harrison Street, Hollywood, FL 33020 — in the business district, close enough that our students walk out into Hollywood to do real work. School is in session Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with aftercare available until 6:00 pm.
